Justin and Lisa Hubbartt wanted to bring their love of food and family together. The result is Hubbartt's Downtown Diner- a Mattoon staple for breakfast and lunch. Hubbartt's has a daily salad and soup bar, as well as weekend and holiday buffets. Their menu includes classics like pancakes and biscuits and gravy for breakfast, and Papa's Tony's Chicago-Style Italian Beef for lunch. Justin and Lisa love seeing friends and family come together to create wonderful memories in an old-fashioned hometown diner setting!
